Terms and conditions

Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp, email or phone. Prices are quoted per quad and include fuel, guide, helmet and water unless stated otherwise.

Drivers must be at least 16 years old and passengers at least 5. No driving licence is required, but riders must follow the guide's instructions at all times.

Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take part and no refund is due.

Tours may be delayed, shortened or rescheduled for sandstorms, extreme heat or other safety reasons. Where a tour cannot run at all, no payment is due.

Riders are responsible for damage caused by reckless riding or by ignoring the guide's instructions.

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel so we can offer the slot to someone else.
