Booking, changes and cancellation

A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and any requested deposit. Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a deposit refund, less unavoidable payment fees. Within 48 hours, deposits are normally non-refundable. One free date change is permitted with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. No-shows and arrivals more than 30 minutes late may lose the booking and deposit. If we cancel for safety or operational reasons, choose a new date or a refund of payments received.

Payment

Displayed one-hour prices are total prices per quad. Payment method, deposit and balance are confirmed in writing before payment.

Safety

Drivers must be at least 16. Passengers may be aged 5 or over. No driving licence is required. Tell us before booking about pregnancy, heart or respiratory conditions, recent surgery, back or neck problems, seizures, limited mobility, or any condition affected by vibration, heat or exertion. Participation may be declined or adapted when safe operation is uncertain. Routes, departure times or activities may change for heat, wind, sandstorms, rain, visibility or other safety conditions.
